If you’re not providing fitness equipment wipes for your clients at your gym or fitness center, you should be! As a personal trainer, I want my clients to view my facility as a clean, safe place to work out. Part of my job includes keeping the equipment in good working condition and having a regular deep-cleaning schedule. The other part includes providing fitness equipment wipes that clients can use to clean the machines before and after they work out. Fit Wipes are not just a valuable item I offer to my clients; they’re absolutely essential.
Here are a few reasons I make Fit Wipes a priority in my fitness center:
No one likes to sit on someone else’s sweat.
When my clients are sweating through their workouts, I know I am doing my job well. However, that sweat does not have to get spread around! Having wipes handy as well as a policy that requests clients wipe down the equipment after use, means one client isn’t going to be grossed out by the sticky wet mess left behind by another. If a client forgets to do it himself, it only takes me a few seconds to clean the equipment and get it ready for the next person.
Bacteria and viruses are no fun.
It is a well-known fact that fitness facilities can be loaded with germs, including viruses and bacteria. The last thing I want is for one client to come down with a virus and trace that illness back to my facility. By providing wipes in my fitness center, my clients know I have their best interests at heart. I feel comfortable using Fit Wipes because they are designed to kill some of the worst types of bacteria, including flu viruses, E. coli, Staph and Salmonella.
They are made for facilities like mine.
Since Fit Wipes are designed for fitness equipment, I know they’re not going to do damage to my metal barbells, plastic gym mats, laminate weight machines and other equipment in my facility. While you might not see it, other products can do damage to your equipment over time, and that’s never good at the end of the day.
Supporting local and American businesses is always a priority for me, so I am also happy to see that the wipes are made in the U.S.A. and are registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
